After selling up a few years ago, she moved to the magical, remote, and rustic Isle of Arran off the Scottish West Coast, and has never looked back.
At her old farm in England twenty-odd years ago, she started making goats' milk soap with left-over milk from her small herd of Guernsey Goats - the seed was sown.
Plans were afoot to leave the rat-race behind, and live a more sustainable, mindful, and eco-friendly existence - The Isle of Arran Soap Company

However, she is an absolute grafter, and has worked really hard to be awarded an Arkwright Scholarship with the McLaren F1 team - so we now have to bow whenever she enters the room!
Now, in 2025, she is studying for her Masters in Engineering with Loughborough University, and works for the Hitech F1 Team worldwide.
Good luck Poppy!

Eager and keen to work, she constantly strives to please. She was bred locally by our farmer friend, and was briefly owned by an elderly gentleman who sadly passed away, leaving
Fleck homeless.
However, I knew Fleck, her owner, and the farmer; and decided to adopt her in agreement with her old owner's family, the farmer, Richard, and our local vet.
She is my shadow, and I love her dearly.
Yet, she has work to do on the farm, and the training is afoot!
